Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a field-based oncology sales professional to cover the Richmond/Southern Virginia territory, including Norfolk, Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, and Richmond. You will drive revenue by engaging hospital systems, specialty pharmacies, and GPOs, while aligning with clinical teams to communicate product value.

The role requires 6+ years of sales experience (oncology preferred), a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel 10–15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field; oncology/healthcare sales preferred.
• 6+ years of sales experience; oncology field sales highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%, valid driver’s license, reside in/near the district.

Responsibilities

• Field-based oncology sales for the Richmond/Southern Virginia territory (Norfolk, Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, Richmond).
• Attain/exceed assigned sales goals; analyze trends across complex buying channels (GPOs, wholesalers, specialty pharmacies).
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders; understand practice structure, business model, and influencers.
