Qualifications

• Oncology/hematology-oncology experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of coverage, coding, billing, reimbursement processes.
• Ability to communicate coding and billing requirements at national/regional levels.
• Understanding of Parts A–D Medicare and related reimbursement dynamics.
• HCIR credentialing requirements and compliance responsibilities.
• Excellent territory and account management skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on patient support programs and reimbursement tools.
• Educate on acquisition & access options: specialty networks, distribution, white-bagging.
• Educate on resources to address access issues.
• Provide local expertise on payor policies, coding changes, and claims submission processes.
• Collaborate with oncology stakeholders for key account management.
• Report payer trends to Patient Services and MHC teams.
• Establish and maintain relationships with providers in territory.
• Remain current on managed care, reimbursement, and policy activities.
