Job summary

Qualifications

• Oncology and/or hematology-oncology experience preferred.
• Understanding of coverage, coding, billing, reimbursement, and payer policy.
• Strong territory and account management skills.
• HCIR credentialing requirements and related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Educate HCPs on patient support programs, access tools, and services.
• Educate on product-specific acquisition and access options, including networks and distribution.
• Educate on resources to address access issues.
• Provide local expertise on payor policies and claims processes.
• Collaborate with Oncology stakeholders for key account management.
• Report payer trends to Patient Services and MHC teams.
• Establish relationships with providers within territory.
• Stay current on managed care, reimbursement, and policy activities.
