Job summary

Qualifications
- PhD/MD/PharmD or equivalent required; advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 15+ years biotech/pharma experience, including 10+ years in oncology.
- 8+ years external innovation evaluation, BD/licensing, portfolio planning, or early commercial strategy.
Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize external oncology opportunities (discovery through commercial).
- Lead scientific, strategic, and commercial assessment of external assets (diligence, risk, differentiation, market attractiveness).
- Shape early-stage and pre-commercial asset strategy (target product profiles, positioning, forecasting).
- Serve as subject matter expert for oncology disease area strategy; integrate internal priorities with external trends.
