Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking an Events Marketing Manager, Audience Engagement, to lead omni channel marketing for physician-focused live events in our Live unit. You will drive traffic, engagement and registrations, coordinating with data analytics to report performance and inform cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in digital marketing, strong campaign management and the ability to own complex programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years digital marketing experience, preferably multi-channel.
• Strong marketing strategy and campaign management skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
• Strong self-direction to lead and own projects.
• Excellent teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills.
• Ability to present data-driven analysis to departments.

Responsibilities

• Create omni channel marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement and participation at live events.
• Implement and monitor campaigns to meet attendee, registration, and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with product management to track program performance related to registration and traffic.
• Partner with Data Analytics to create quarterly event reports.
• Coordinate tactics within marketing plans and partner opportunities.
• Publish social media posts with social media specialists.
• Provide ongoing reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
• Create and disseminate summary reports on channel performance to stakeholders.
• Interface with Sales and internal teams to address performance issues.
• Share channel performance data and identify market trends to improve engagement.
