Job summary

Clearview Cancer Institute in North Alabama is seeking an EHR Systems Specialist to serve as the practice's primary contact for OncoEMR and related platforms. You will own day-to-day administration, manage access, configure forms, and lead staff education on system functionality and new features.

You will collaborate with the Director of Quality on pilot programs and system initiatives, ensuring secure, efficient workflows across OncoEMR, ARIA, and legacy systems in a multi-site oncology setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with OncoEMR or comparable oncology EMR/EHR platforms.
• Experience supporting ARIA or radiation oncology systems is a plus.
• Ability to translate clinical workflows into system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and SME for OncoEMR and ARIA.
• Manage user access requests and role-based permissions.
• Design, test, and deploy new forms, activities, and orders.
• Provide staff training and education on system features.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors as needed.
