Job summary

Archer, in collaboration with Oracle, seeks an intermediate consultant to configure Oracle Health Scheduling Management systems for external client projects. You will work with clients and internal teams to ensure configurations meet project needs, offering technical troubleshooting and guidance.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in relevant functional or technical roles.
• Experience in Oracle Health Scheduling Management systems is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with product or technical expertise in healthcare practice management preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with team members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Configure Oracle Health Scheduling Management systems for external client implementations.
• Assist in data preparation and structuring for system configuration.
• Collaborate with internal project teams to communicate configuration status, timelines, and updates.
• Verify configuration requests and escalate issues as needed.
• Balance configuration ownership across multiple clients to meet deadlines.
• Independently complete complex system configurations and contribute to process improvements.
• Document work thoroughly and maintain processes using preferred tools.
• Act as escalation point for complex configuration issues and drive resolutions.
