Qualifications

MSN is required and CA RN license.
CNS certification or completion within 6 months of hire.
BART or BLS at time of hire with plan to obtain BART within 6 months.
5+ years Oncology or Outpatient Oncology experience.
Strong evidence-based practice and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

Provide expert clinical leadership to improve oncology patient outcomes across care continuum.
Promote safe, evidence-based administration of chemotherapy, immunotherapy and other oncology treatments.
Educate staff and standardize practice across infusion, clinics, and radiation therapy modalities.
Lead quality and safety initiatives and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
