Job summary

UC San Diego Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Educator to design and deliver clinician education and leadership development programs across oncology services, including medical and surgical oncology, cellular therapy transplant, infusion, and radiation oncology.

You will collaborate with nursing leadership to tailor programs based on needs assessments, create competency-based orientations, and coach staff to adopt evidence-based practice and patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and California RN license.
Current ART certification, or BLS/CPR and ACLS with plan to obtain ART within 6 months.
5+ years of oncology RN experience.
Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver clinician education programs across oncology services.
