Job summary

Confluence Health in Washington state is seeking a Nursing Assistant to assist patients with activities of daily living and provide basic nursing care under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The role supports maintaining a safe, clean environment in a fast-paced facility.

The position reports to the Unit Clinical Manager/Director and requires WA CNA licensure, a high school diploma or GED, and basic computer skills. Eligible for Medical Assistant: Registered certification during hiring.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing assistant program.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Active WA certified CNA license.
• Eligible to obtain Medical Assistant: Registered certification where applicable (application completed during the hiring process).
• Must possess basic computer skills related to Windows navigation, mouse usage, keyboarding, email communication and password management.

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living and basic nursing care.
• Maintains a clean and safe patient environment under RN supervision.
• Records vital signs and reports changes to the RN promptly.
• Participates in quality improvement programs and adheres to policies.

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing assistant program
