Job summary

Texas Urology Specialists seeks a Certified Medical Assistant to join our Webster team. This full-time role supports the Webster location with a standard Mon-Fri 8am-5pm schedule and no weekends, calls, or major holidays.

Under supervision, you’ll assist physicians, manage patient flow, and handle both clinical and basic clerical tasks. The ideal candidate has a CMA credential, CPR/BCLS certification, and up to 3 years of experience, with level considerations based on experience.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Certificate of graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience as a medical assistant or nursing assistant.
• Current BCLS/CPR certification required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to and from exam rooms and treatment areas.
• Record patient data prior to visits including vitals and med changes.
• Prepare and stock exam/treatment rooms and assist with exams/procedures.
• Administer injections as delegated by RN or physician.
• Maintain room disinfection protocols and assist with clerical tasks.
