Job summary

As a CMA with BLS, you will manage medical records, coordinate referrals, and prepare treatment areas while maintaining compassionate, patient-centered care for a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant credential required.
• BLS certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Plans schedule and organizes patient care in oncology clinic.
• Assist nurses and physicians with procedures.
• Performs general office duties.
• Serves as a Certified Medical Assistant for a specialty clinic.
• Accurately dictates telephone prescriptions to a pharmacy.
• Coordinates referrals and follow-up visits per physicians' instructions.
