UC San Diego Health's Moores Cancer Center seeks a seasoned Disease Team Project Manager to oversee clinical research operations across oncology trials. You will supervise coordinators and data teams, drive regulatory compliance, and coordinate multi-phase trials with cross-functional partners.

You will lead site selection visits, manage quality assurance, and mentor staff while aligning with sponsor requirements and federal regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Nine years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor's degree in related area plus five years of related experience/training.
• Clinical Trial Professional certification from a professional society within one year in position.
• Broad knowledge of clinical or laboratory research and clinical research philosophy.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
• Demonstrated experience managing people with a wide range of educational backgrounds and skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Supervise day-to-day activities of CRCs, Data Coordinators and LTU Coordinators for a Disease Team.
• Coordinate and oversee clinical trials from inception through completion, including approvals, initiation, start-up and data management.
• Plan and conduct PSSVs, liaise with cross-functional units for trial conduct, ensure regulatory paperwork is submitted.
• Provide guidance on study design, timelines, and data collection instruments; monitor progress and quality.
• Train and mentor staff; manage staffing and performance within the Disease Team.
