PSI is seeking a Nurse with clinical research and oncology experience to join our team as a Clinical Trial Liaison. The role focuses on protocol-tailored patient identification, recruitment optimization, and site support to improve enrollment workflows across oncology studies.

The candidate will coordinate site recruitment plans, track enrollment progress, and collaborate with project teams to ensure proper documentation and site monitoring support. Approximately 35% travel is required.

Formación

• RN degree and 5+ years of Oncology experience.
• Experience with operation and QC procedures for Oncology study equipment.
• Experience in clinical research is preferred.
• Exposure to CAR-T, hematology, solid tumors or radiopharmaceuticals is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a specialized liaison to aid sites with protocol-tailored patient identification and recruitment.
• Assist sites in developing and implementing patient enrollment techniques.
• Coordinate site-specific patient recruitment and retention plans with metrics.
• Provide information to site teams on area-specific expertise related to recruitment.
• Identify, track, and report patient enrollment progress across the study.
• Analyze the protocol to support sites in improving patient pathways.
• Support project teams to document study-specific assessments for enrollment.
• Assist and advise site monitors on patient enrollment matters.

Job Description

We are looking for a nurse with experience in clinical research and Oncology studies to join our team!

In this role, a Clinical Trial Liaison:

• Acts as a specialized liaison to assist sites with a protocol-tailored approach to increase efficiency of the patient identification and recruitment process
• Assists sites in developing and implementing patient enrollment techniques
• Coordinates site specific patient recruitment and retention plans observing the planned metrics
• Provides information specific to the area of expertise to site team members involved in patient recruitment
• Identifies, tracks, and reports patient enrollment progress throughout the study
• Analyses the protocol in order to provide the site with the support needed to improve the patient pathway
• Provides support to the project teams to ensure proper documentation of study-specific assessments related to patient enrollment
• Assists and advises the site monitor in the area of patient enrollment

This role requires approximately 35% travel.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) Degree
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oncology
• Experience in operation and QC procedures related to the equipment used on Oncology research studies
• Previous experience in at least one of following areas is preferred:
  • CAR-T cell therapy
  • Hematology (Leukemia/Lymphoma, Myeloma, etc.)
  • Solid Tumor
  • Radiopharmaceuticals
• Previous experience in clinical research is preferred
