Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree with 6+ years in clinical research or development.
• Advanced degree (Master, PharmD or PhD) with relevant oncology experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to drive decisions within multi-regional teams and timelines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership for oncology development programs across regions.
• Design and execute clinical development plans guiding compounds through approval.
• Author protocols, study summaries, and comprehensive development plans.
• Monitor trial data and provide go/no-go recommendations affecting timelines.
• Present study designs to scientific and regulatory committees.
• Collaborate with medical monitors and pharmacovigilance on patient safety.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders and regulators to influence strategy.
