Job summary

The Willamette Valley Cancer Institute and Research Center, part of The US Oncology Network, seeks an RN Clinical Research Coordinator in Eugene, Oregon. You will work closely with patients in oncology trials, coordinate with medical and research teams, and ensure compliance with protocols and regulations.

Ideal candidates have RN licensure in Oregon and 2–3 years of clinical or oncology research experience, with EMR proficiency and relevant certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a clinical or scientific field is preferred; RN license required in Oregon.
• 2–3 years of clinical or scientific experience, preferably in oncology.
• Oncology research experience preferred; EMR experience preferred.
• SoCRA or ACRP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Screens potential patients for protocol eligibility.
• Enrols patients on protocol and participates in informed consent.
• Coordinates patient care in line with protocol requirements.
• Maintains investigational drug accountability and patient education.
• Collects, documents, enters, and reports data accurately.
• Schedules and participates in monitoring and auditing activities.
• Maintains regulatory documents per SOPs and regulations.
• Provides education to clinic staff on clinical research processes.
