Job summary

American Oncology Network, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator III (RN) to oversee protocol implementation and regulatory compliance for oncology trials at Hematology Oncology of Indiana.

You will coordinate patient care, manage IRB submissions, and ensure accurate data capture across multiple sites. Required are 2–5 years of nursing experience in oncology, an active RN license, and experience with EMR/EDC/CTMS systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years nursing experience; oncology preferred.
• RN license in state of employment; valid driver's license.
• Experience with clinical trials and research documentation is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients on clinical research protocols in line with GCP/ICH-FDA.
• Review and manage regulatory documents, consent forms and IRB submissions.
• Collect, record and verify trial data against medical records.
• Monitor study visits, adverse events and CAPA actions; ensure data integrity.
• Support budgeting, contracting and invoicing for studies; liaise with sites.
