Job summary

Actalent in Bronx, NY is seeking a Contract Clinical Research Coordinator (Data) to support oncology trials with a strong focus on data entry and query resolution. The role collaborates with Research Nurse Clinicians and physicians to ensure accurate data capture, windowed timelines, and compliant reporting of adverse events.

Hybrid work arrangement and competitive hourly pay are offered for this temporary assignment.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating oncology trials with data emphasis.
• Proficient in AE/SAE reporting and regulatory adherence.
• Experience with Oncore for trial management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate initiation/activation of oncology protocols before enrollment.
• Prepare study tools and maintain study binders and checklists.
• Utilize Oncore, Excel, and Word to develop trial tools and data collection.
• Review charts to confirm eligibility and source documents.
• Obtain IRB-approved consent forms and file in medical records.
• Maintain complete research records for enrolled patients.
• Grade adverse events using CTCAE or protocol scales.
• Complete SAE forms per sponsor and regulatory requirements.
• Provide status updates to tumor study groups and PIs.
• Assist with sponsor communications and query responses.
• Support patient screening, enrollment, and consent per protocol.
• Coordinate medication-related activities.
• Focus on data entry and query resolution for data quality.
• Assist onboarding and training of new coordinators.
