Job summary

Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II - Oncology to join the Network Office of Research and Innovation. You will plan, coordinate and oversee oncology clinical trials, manage patient assessments, phlebotomy, drug administration and data reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care.

Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor’s in science, nursing, or health care and an RN license, with at least two years of research or acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, nursing, or health care.
• RN license in PA upon hire.
• Ability to initiate and adapt to change.
• Two years of research experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and oversees oncology trials per protocol.
• Manages patient assessments, phlebotomy, and drug administration.
• Monitors safety, side effects, and data collection across visits.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
• Supports IRB submissions and site initiation activities.
