Job summary

Tennessee Oncology, a leading community-based cancer care network, is seeking a Pharmacy Manager – Clinical Operations to provide strategic direction for clinical pharmacy services and patient-centered care across the organization.

You will oversee pharmacists and technicians, ensure compliance with USP <797>/<800>, CMS requirements and accreditation standards, and lead quality improvement initiatives to optimize outcomes and safety.

Qualifications

• PharmD required and Tennessee license.
• Minimum 5 years of pharmacy experience, with clinical/health system setting or residency.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with physicians, nurses and admin teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of clinical pharmacy operations including review, preparation, compounding, and dispensing of medications.
• Serve as clinical resource to providers and patients on drug therapy and interactions.
• Lead development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with USP standards, CMS requirements, and accreditation policies.
• Monitor inventory and drive formulary adherence and cost-effective medication use.
