Job summary

Tennessee Oncology is seeking a Pharmacy Manager – Clinical Operations to provide leadership for clinical pharmacy services across our care network. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.

You will oversee pharmacists and technicians, collaborate with physicians and nurses, develop protocols, monitor quality, and guide performance improvements while ensuring safe, cost-effective medication use and thorough

Qualifications

PharmD required with active Tennessee license.
Minimum 5 years pharmacy experience; 3+ in clinical/health-system setting or PGY-1/PGY-2 residency.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage clinical teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee clinical pharmacy operations, compounding, dispensing with patient outcomes focus.
Serve as clinical resource to providers on drug therapy and interactions.
Lead development of clinical protocols and guidelines.
Ensure compliance with USP, CMS, and accreditation standards.
Precept interns and participate in P&T committee decisions.
