Job summary

LifeBridge Health’s Carroll Hospital in Westminster, MD seeks a Clinical Pharmacist for Oncology on a per diem basis to support interdisciplinary care in the inpatient setting. You will collaborate with prescribers, oversee medication dispensing, and contribute to clinical consultations with care teams.

The role requires a Pharm.D. or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy with MD licensure, and oncology experience is preferred. Per diem schedule offers flexibility while maintaining high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) required
• Current Registered Pharmacist licensure in the State of Maryland required
• Oncology pharmacy experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and dispensing of medications, perform medication order verification and computer entry in the pharmacy information system
• Provide clinical consultation to physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals on drug selection, dosing, and interactions
• Identify, recommend, resolve, and prevent medication-related problems through direct interventions with prescribers
