Baptist Health is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist for the Oncology Pharmacy. This full-time, first-shift role focuses on safe and effective medication therapy, with responsibilities spanning drug preparation, order verification, and collaboration with care teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements include a PharmD, a Bachelor’s degree, and a current Kentucky pharmacist license. Hospital experience is preferred, with benefits including paid time off and retirement plans.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited College of Pharmacy is required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Current, active pharmacist license (Kentucky Board of Pharmacy) required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safe, effective medication therapy and support centralized and decentralized medication-use systems.
• Prepare and dispense medications; verify and input orders; serve as drug information resource.
• Monitor and manage medication regimens per protocol or consult; assist providers and other health care professionals.
• Manage pharmacy inventory and ensure timely, accurate drug distribution.
