Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active Kentucky pharmacist license.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Drug preparation and distribution for medications.
• Evaluating, inputting and verification of medication orders.
• Serving as a drug information resource for providers.
• Monitoring and managing medication regimens per protocol or consult.
• Managing pharmacy inventory.
