• Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Current, active pharmacist license issued by the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy required.

• Support centralized and decentralized medication use systems and manage inventory.
• Input, verify, and evaluate medication orders and serve as a drug information resource.
