Compass Oncology seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at West Cancer Center in Tigard, Oregon. The role focuses on optimizing safety and efficacy of oncology therapies with leadership in care plans and collaboration with clinical providers.

A minimum of 5 years of pharmacy experience, including leadership and project management, is preferred; oncology experience is desirable. Employment is full-time, M-F, 40 hours per week, at our Tigard location.

Formación

• B.S. in pharmacy from an accredited school; Pharm.D. recommended.
• Oregon pharmacist licensure required; Oregon & Washington licensing preferred.
• BCOP certification or eligibility within 3 years of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee pharmaceutical care plans in designated specialty areas or product lines.
• Perform initial patient evaluations and develop care plans; ensure treatment plans are followed.
• Review patient clinical status and adjust drug therapy as needed; coordinate with clinical providers.
