UCHealth seeks an Oncology Clinical Pharmacist Float to support inpatient and outpatient oncology services across multiple locations in Colorado. You will verify chemotherapy orders, perform sterile compounding, review regimens, and counsel patients on medications.

The role requires collaboration with oncologists and nursing staff to optimize therapy, enhance safety, and ensure timely medication distribution across varying shifts.

Formación

• Experience in inpatient and outpatient oncology pharmacy services.

The pharmacist collaborates with oncologists and nurses to optimize therapy, enhance safety, and ensure accurate, timely medication distribution while adapting to varying practice settings and shifts.
