Job summary

You will provide clinical pharmacy services including pharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic interchanges, IV/PO conversions, and protocol-driven interventions.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree completed and licensure in California.
• ASHP-accredited PGY2 oncology residency or at least 1 year in oncology.
• Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) preferred.
• Recent oncology clinical experience within the last 5 years.
• Ability to travel to multiple UCLA Health sites.

Responsibilities
