Beale Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager for Oncology & Hematology to lead a multidisciplinary clinical team, directing daily activities and ensuring high standards of patient care.

You will oversee nursing, MAs, lab staff, and pharmacy technicians, educate staff on best practices, and coordinate with the Office Manager to maintain patient safety and continuity of care in a busy oncology setting.

Qualifications

• RN license and CPR certification are required.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and the care team in oncology/hematology.
• Mentor and develop nurses, medical assistants, lab staff, and pharmacy technicians.
• Partner with Office Manager to ensure patient safety and smooth workflow.
