Trinity Health is seeking a Dietitian to collaborate with care teams and provide medical nutrition therapy in line with established standards. You will identify at-risk patients, assess nutrition needs, and develop and monitor nutrition care plans designed to achieve treatment goals.

Responsibilities include counseling patients and families, updating care plans, and contributing to professional development while maintaining high patient satisfaction in a supportive team environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from Coordinated Program or Didactic Program in Dietetics and Dietetic Internship or Preprofessional Practice program accredited by the ADA/CAADE.
• Master's degree strongly preferred; new grads must complete requirements within six months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with health care team to provide medical nutrition therapy.
• Identify patients at risk and assess nutrition needs according to age-specific criteria.
• Design, coordinate and implement nutrition care plans; monitor outcomes and adjust as needed.
