Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our outpatient oncology and infusion team. You will provide nutrition assessment, education, and support to cancer patients undergoing treatment to improve outcomes and quality of life.

You will collaborate with oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and other care team members, deliver MNT, and participate in tumor boards and quality initiatives to advance cancer nutrition care.

Formación

• Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food & Nutrition, or related field (or Bachelor's degree meeting CDR grandfathering requirements).
• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Current Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist (LDN) licensure or eligibility for licensure.
• One year of clinical dietitian experience preferred; oncology, infusion, outpatient, or acute care experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for oncology and infusion patients, identifying nutrition risks and barriers to care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans based on evidence-based oncology nutrition practices.
• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and counseling to patients and caregivers on weight management, malnutrition, treatment side effect management, hydration, and survivorship nutrition.
• Collaborate with oncologists, advanced practice providers, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and other members of the cancer care team.
• Monitor patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation, and other cancer treatments for nutrition-related complications.
