Job summary

Kite Pharma in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a late-stage oncology clinical development professional to support trial program activities, from start-up to close-out, data analysis, and regulatory filings.

Collaborate with the Clinical Scientist Lead, contribute to protocol design, CRFs, and data listings, and ensure compliance with GCP, FDA/EMA guidelines, and SOPs. Strong communication and travel readiness required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years' experience or Master's with 4 years' experience.
• PharmD or PhD in clinical research or clinical pharmacology preferred.
• Experience in Multiple Myeloma and/or CAR-T therapy preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other job-related programs.
• Strong learning agility and ability to adapt to changing projects.
• Knowledge of FDA/EMA regulations, ICH guidelines, and GCP.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop study concepts and protocols using trial design knowledge.
• Participate in protocol reviews for scientific and procedural aspects.
• Prepare study protocols, amendments, and investigator notebooks.
• Assist in CRF and Data Management Manual development.
• Address scientific questions from Investigators under supervision.
• Prepare data listings, tables, study results, and manuscripts.
• Support regulatory document preparation and review.
• Identify obstacles and implement solutions with guidance.
• May provide clinical monitoring for one or more studies.
• Summarize literature and integrate into new study development.
• Adhere to GCP and regulatory SOPs.
