Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a staff RN to join the Oncology Care team to administer chemotherapy and radiation treatments and provide high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes professional development, patient-centered care, and collaboration within a nurse-led cancer institute.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or MLS endorsement.
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS certification.
• Two years of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize nursing education and experience to deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and cost reduction.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, staff and health care team.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care for diverse patients.
