Job summary

MultiCare Cancer Institute in Washington is seeking a Staff RN to join the Oncology Care team. You will provide professional, comprehensive patient care while administering chemotherapy and radiation treatments.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS).
• BSN preferred.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Utilize nursing knowledge to deliver care using the nursing process per hospital policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care, patient experience and reduce costs.
• Foster a learning environment for patients/families, nursing staff and health-care team.
• Advocate for ethical and holistic care respecting diverse backgrounds.
