Beacon Clinic Boise is seeking a Clinic Administrator to provide leadership for clinical and non-clinical operations, staffing, patient flow, and performance improvement. You will partner with physicians, APPs, Front Office Lead, and administrative partners to drive exceptional patient experiences and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has oncology or ambulatory leadership background, strong budgeting and quality initiative experience, and a passion for building a high-performing team

Qualifications

• Oncology experience strongly preferred; infusion experience a plus.
• Ambulatory clinic leadership or healthcare operations experience preferred.
• Experience with staffing, workflow improvements, and operational goals.
• Strong communication with physicians, APPs, staff, patients, and community partners.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable in a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop nursing, clinical support, and clinic staff.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, including staffing, patient flow, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Partner with the Front Office Lead to ensure efficient non-clinical operations and administrative workflows.
• Collaborate with physicians and APPs to optimize patient care, clinic performance, and provider experience.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, performance management, and staff development.
• Lead quality, safety, patient experience, and compliance initiatives.
• Monitor operational, productivity, quality, and financial performance metrics and drive process improvement.
• Participate in budgeting, resource management, and operational planning.
• Develop and implement policies, workflows, and best practices in collaboration with the North Idaho team.
• Support practice growth through strong provider relationships, community engagement, and an exceptional patient experience.
