Job summary

Oncology Hematology Associates in Missouri is seeking a Lead Registered Nurse to plan, direct, and evaluate the clinic's nursing care in collaboration with the CNM and Regional Director of Nursing. You will coordinate unit activities, assign work to nurses and pharmacy technicians, and ensure patient care is monitored and education provided.

The role includes emergency procedures, regulatory compliance, staff orientation, scheduling, training, incident reporting, and collaboration with CNM/RDN

Qualifications

• Unencumbered RN license in the state of employment.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in nursing.
• OCN certification within two years of employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid state driver’s license for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care and unit functions.
