Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment or multi-state licensure.
• OCN certification within two years of employment.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CNM/Regional Director to plan, direct and evaluate nursing care and clinic functions.
• Coordinate unit activities; assign work to nurses and pharmacy technicians.
• Ensure patient education is completed prior to initiation of new medications.
