Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of sterile compounding experience required.
• 3 years of related pharmacy experience preferred.
• NPTA Chemo Certification or similar required
• State Pharmacy Technician License and Registration required (if required per state regulations)
• PTCB required or obtained within 6 months of hire date (this may be waived for current students)

Responsibilities

• Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounding for hazardous drugs in the IV room.
• Support handling of hazardous drugs in hospital oncology programs.
