Cherry Hill Free Clinic, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA seeks an RN Coordinator in Cancer Care to provide comprehensive nursing support in an outpatient hematology/oncology setting. You will assess patients, educate them, plan care, and coordinate follow-up.

The role requires at least 2 years of RN experience, oncology exposure, and competency in chemotherapy administration; ONS certification is preferred. A BSN is preferred; full-time schedule with professional development.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years RN experience; Hematology/Oncology experience preferred.
• Competency in chemotherapy and biotherapy administration; maintain ONS certification.
• Ability to educate patients, coordinate care, and communicate effectively.

Mansioni

• Coordinate treatment plans across Hematology and Oncology patients.
• Deliver ongoing patient care and education; serve as a resource on diagnosis and treatment options.
• Act as liaison between patients and care team, facilitating communication.
• Perform pre-visit triage and document chemotherapy teaching sessions.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and staff orientation.
• Communicate test results and provide patient instructions to ensure understanding.
• Manage telephone triage and coordinate care based on patient needs.
• Assist with documentation and record-keeping.
