Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in oncology coordination or related roles, proficiency with Word/Excel, and experience with EMR systems.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is the minimum education requirement.
• 1–2 years of case management or customer service experience related to the role.
• 1–2+ years of oncology/surgery coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate oncology care across chemotherapy, radiation, and surgical oncology.
• Obtain treatment details and verify coverage against plan benefits.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Obtain cost details and educate members on resources to support financial needs.
• Communicate with members and care providers to ensure appropriate plans and protocols.
• Perform general office tasks and maintain accurate EMR records.
• Be a positive, collaborative team player aligned with Redirect Health mission.
• Perform other duties as required.
