Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking an Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a liaison between providers, patients and interdisciplinary teams, coordinating education, triage, and care plans in an oncology setting.

The role supports treatment planning, symptom management, survivorship preparation, and medication coordination, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and optimizing patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current State of Indiana RN License required.
• Oncology experience preferred.
• Chemo/ONS certification highly desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (Mosaiq experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive telephone triage assessments using oncology knowledge and standing orders.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized plans of care in collaboration with providers.
• Provide symptom management guidance and patient interventions as appropriate.
• Perform clinical duties including dressing changes, port draws, IV fluids, and assist during emergent situations.
• Coordinate new treatment starts according to physician orders; follow up on insurance authorizations.
