Job summary

ZS is seeking an Insights & Analytics professional to develop and apply advanced statistical models that help clients understand dynamic business issues. You will design analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic and Excel for client needs and present results clearly.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant post‑collegiate experience (a PhD may substitute). You will build client relationships, travel as needed, and mentor junior team members within a collaborative, client‑first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in quantitative/analytic field.
• 2–4 years of relevant post-collegiate experience (PhD may substitute).
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models for client issues.
• Design analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic and Excel.
• Synthesize and communicate results to clients and teams.
• Develop client relationships and serve as a key contact.
• Provide project status updates and create deliverables.
• Mentor Associates on projects.
