Job summary

ZS is seeking a data‑driven professional in its Insights & Analytics group. You will design and implement advanced statistical models and analytics solutions to tackle diverse client challenges, translating findings into clear client communications.

Responsibilities include developing analyses in R/Tableau/SAS/Excel, presenting results to clients and teams, building relationships, and mentoring Associates, with travel as required in a hybrid US-based role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in quantitative fields with strong academic record
• 2–4 years of relevant post-collegiate experience (PhD may substitute)
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Fluency in English and ability to work in a client-facing role
• Empathy, adaptability and collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to help clients understand business issues
• Leverage analytics to guide client and ZS team decision-making
• Design analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic and Excel to inform needs
• Synthesize and present results to clients and teams
• Build client relationships and serve as a project contact
• Provide project status updates and deliverables
• Mentor Associates and contribute to team growth
