Job summary

ZS Associates in the United States is seeking an Insights & Analytics professional to develop and apply advanced statistical models that help clients understand dynamic business issues. You will design analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic and Excel, and synthesize findings for client presentations.

You will build client relationships, manage project status, deliver actionable solutions, and mentor junior team members while traveling as needed to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in quantitative/analytic field (e.g., operations research, statistics, data science).
• 2–4 years post-college experience; PhD may substitute for work exp.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and client-facing mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models for client business issues.
• Design custom analyses in R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic and Excel.
• Synthesize results and present findings to clients and ZS teams.
• Build client relationships and act as a key project contact.
• Provide project status updates and deliverables to clients and teams.
• Mentor Associates and contribute to knowledge-sharing.
