Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and an active RN license.
• 2+ years of RN experience in ambulatory care or related setting.
• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Multistate RN license in good standing; license renewal by required dates.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient flow and triage in the ambulatory oncology clinic.
• Coordinate care with physicians, staff, patients, and families; ensure follow-up.
• Document assessments and plans in the EMR; communicate results to the team.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and safety.
• Respond to patient calls and questions; maintain patient confidentiality.
• Support high-risk patient care and care transitions from hospital to clinic.
