Responsibilities

• Assist physician in the care and teaching of patients.
• Assess physical and psychosocial status of patients; document findings.
• Dictate or write patient histories, progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Triage patients and provide on-call coverage as needed.
• Participate in daily rounds and coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team.
