Qualifications

• Current APRN in Ohio with authority to practice.
• NP program that qualifies sitting for national certifying exam.
• Master of Science in Nursing.
• 0 years of relevant experience; 0–2 years in surgical/oncology preferred.
• PA-C path: NCCPA certification eligibility and Ohio licensure eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services in collaboration with licensed physician members.
• Care for patients in acute and chronic phases; education, counseling, and health promotion.
• Coordinate with oncology, surgery, pathology, radiology and other specialists to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Support ambulatory surgery oncology service in GI and sarcoma cancer management using open, minimally invasive, and robotic approaches.

Master of Science Degree in Nursing

Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program

PA-C program graduate

Eligible for Ohio licensure as APRN or PA-C
