• Current certificate of authority to practice as an APRN in the State of Ohio.
• Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program eligible to sit for national certification recognized by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Master of Science Degree in Nursing.
• 0 years of relevant experience required.
• 0-2 years of surgical or oncology experience preferred.
• OR
• Masters Prepared; Graduate of a PA-C program eligible for Ohio licensure as PA-C.
• Eligibility for State of Ohio licensure as a PA-C.
• 0 years of relevant experience required.
• 0-2 years of surgical or oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide health care services to patients within the supervision of a physician.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to manage care across acute and chronic conditions.
• Educate patients and families, promote health and preventive care, and coordinate referrals when appropriate.
