The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of oncology FRM experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and payer processes. Travel up to 40% is expected to engage accounts in person and deliver education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 2–4 years oncology FRM experience.
• Experience with oncology reimbursement and payer models, including buy-and-bill and infusion therapies.
• Strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and reimbursement support to healthcare providers and offices within the assigned territory.
• Manage virtual and field-based account engagement to improve provider access.
• Travel up to 40% for in-person meetings, training, and vendor engagements.
