Job summary

Pharmacosmos Therapeutics Inc. seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to establish, maintain and grow relationships with hematology/oncology practices, hospitals, IDNs and regional accounts to improve patient access to Pharmacosmos products.

This remote, field-based role requires strong payer knowledge and collaboration with field teams. The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree (MBA preferred), at least 2 years in payor reimbursement and patient services, and is willing to travel 50%+.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 2 years working with payor reimbursement and patient access pull through.
• Minimum 2 years working with patient services programs.
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships in health systems and oncology clinics/practices.
• Travel at least 50% of the time.
• Experience with buy and bill pharmaceutical products.
• Account management experience within oncology clinics and hospital systems.
• Oncology and Hematology therapeutic experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate provider offices on Patient Services regionally by prioritizing high utilization accounts.
• Understand revenue cycle workflows to support patient access and cross-functional relationships.
• Assist patients in Patient Services enrollment using approved guides and collateral.
• Track co-pay claims to ensure timely payment and 100% adjudication where possible.
• Educate customers on payer coverage issues, coding changes, and claim submission processes.
• Collaborate with hub, sales and market access teams to triage reimbursement challenges.
• Align with National Account and FRM teams to support aggregate accounts.
